Terms of Service1. Membership• Membership is subscription-based and billed monthly.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay the listed fee until cancellation.2. Refunds• Refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be considered in cases of error or extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.3. Cancellations• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
• Access to the community and sessions will end at the close of the billing cycle if canceled.4. Service Availability• Body doubling sessions are scheduled three times per week.
• On rare occasions (e.g., illness, emergencies), sessions may be canceled with notice. Subscription fees remain unchanged.
• The community and resources are accessible outside of live sessions.5. Conduct• Members must follow community rules (posted in Discord).
• Harassment, spam, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.6. Intellectual Property• Resources, guides, and content shared in the community remain the property of the creator and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.7. Limitation of Liability• We provide support, tips, and resources, but not professional medical, legal, or financial advice

• The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the service.8. Governing Law• These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.Our business is registered in Australia (ABN 74 739 749 635).
